1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bkoko ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the bkoko website at https://bkoko.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

bkoko is an internationally operated online betting and casino platform designed to serve players in Bangladesh. The platform provides access to sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino games, slot titles, and crash games offered by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, and Nolimit City.

By accessing bkoko, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, and guidelines posted elsewhere on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any promotional terms published at the time of a bonus offer.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. bkoko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 (Amendments) for further detail.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bkoko account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You have not previously had a bkoko account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are the sole authorised user of your account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bkoko or any of its affiliated entities, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bkoko reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single bkoko account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bkoko reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any related balances or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your bkoko account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and your registered payment method details (such as your bKash or Nagad mobile number). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bkoko will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bkoko immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bkoko operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed or before continued account access is permitted:

• A government-issued photographic identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your active bKash or Nagad account displaying the registered mobile number).
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address).

bkoko reserves the right to withhold processing withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents are processed in accordance with the bkoko Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Payments

bkoko accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via supported BDT payment methods.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. Transactions below this threshold may be declined. Maximum deposit limits per transaction or per day may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bkoko account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. bkoko is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your bkoko account must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bkoko account. Deposits from payment methods registered to a third party are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation and/or returned to the originating account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have previously been used to fund your bkoko account, and only to methods registered in your name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. bkoko endeavours to process withdrawals as promptly as possible. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

bkoko reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

• The player's account has not completed KYC verification.
• There is an active investigation into the account for suspected fraud, collusion, or Terms breach.
• The withdrawal amount includes funds derived from a bonus that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.
• There is a pending deposit chargeback or payment dispute associated with the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on bkoko are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. These rules are accessible within the relevant sports betting section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bkoko reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes bets that, in bkoko's reasonable assessment, appear to exploit a pricing error, result from the use of automated betting software, or involve an unusual pattern of wagering activity.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the applicable timeframe; the bet was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error; the event outcome cannot be determined conclusively; or the applicable governing body annuls the result.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on bkoko are provided by certified third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Ezugi, Nolimit City, and others). The rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and game mechanics for each title are governed by the respective provider's published specifications. bkoko does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the bkoko platform or a third-party game, any bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. bkoko will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or game provider server failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bkoko may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bkoko promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• bkoko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have commenced meeting the qualifying conditions.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering conditions.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bkoko platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to exploit betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use bkoko as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bkoko staff or other platform users.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bkoko platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of bkoko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bkoko platform without the prior written consent of bkoko. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkoko and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bkoko makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of odds or market data, or the performance of third-party game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bkoko's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your bkoko account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions are satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.

12.2 Termination by bkoko

bkoko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating the closure of accounts from specific jurisdictions.

In cases of termination due to a breach, bkoko reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If a breach is confirmed, all balances in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bkoko reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bkoko will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact information associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bkoko platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
